Area Sales Representative - Plant Hire - £30k + £5k + Car

The Role: This Area Sales Representative role is to sell mainly into the trade, dealing with plant hire companies both national and independent. You will also spend some time with end users such as ground workers, housing associations and landscape gardeners, operating in a both account management and business development role. Full product training is on offer for the new Are Sales Rep here, along with a great CRM system.

The Company: Established over half a century ago and enjoying a sales turnover approaching £25 million, this well-reputed UK company is now looking to recruit a new Area Sales Representative. They sell a range of generators, water pumps, power tools, snow ploughs and engines, representing some of the world's market leading manufacturers.

For this Area Sales Representative position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Field sales track record
  • You will come from a hire or construction sales background
  • Strong candidates with industrial consumables sales experience may also be considered
  • Charismatic and structured sales people with plenty of personality
