Customer Service Advisor (After Sales Support) to £18.6K

Our client is a leading supplier of specialist technical solutions, with a state of the art supply chain they can ensure clients & customers have the technology they need to drive their business forward. There’s a good reason why they have won over 20 industry awards in the last 10 years.

Location: Head Office, North Birmingham (commutable from West Bromwich, Walsall, Sutton Coldfield, Wolverhampton, Tamworth and surrounding areas)

Salary: £17k + £1.6K annual bonus

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering high quality after sales support to their clients. You will ensure any corrective actions are completed to reach a successful resolution.

In order to be considered for this role we are looking to hear from candidates who have experience in providing excellent customer service, this is a phone based role so strong communications skills are essential. Experience dealing with problems, complaints or customer resolutions would be a major bonus.
