Your main responsibilities start with taking calls from our customers, helping them with their enquiry and ensuring they receive a world class service. Calls can range from balance enquiries to opening a new account for them. Once you have mastered these elements of the role you will progress through a structured accreditation programme, enabling you to confidentially deal with more complex situations whilst developing yourself.

You will be required to work 35 hours flexibly over a shift pattern during the operating hours below and are rewarded with a 20% shift allowance in addition to your basic salary.
Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm,
Saturday 9am to 5pm
Sunday 10am to 4pm
