An unmissable opportunity has arisen for an experience Administrator or Secretary to join a growing construction client of mine based just North of Birmingham City Centre.

The main purpose of this role is to join the administration team and provide support to the management team and ongoing projects.

Duties include:
• Diary management for senior team
• Scheduling and attending meetings, including preparation work
• Organise travel and accommodation for senior staff
• Compose and type correspondence, memoranda, reports, tables and spreadsheets, using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Establish and maintain permanent files/documents as requested.
• Distribute documents, maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases
• Be the point of contact for enquires for the team
• Liaising with colleagues in other departments and external contacts
• Perform other administrative support related duties as required
• Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety, and quality management.
• Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility.

What’s on offer:
£20,000 per annum salary, free parking, healthcare scheme and pension scheme.

The ideal candidate:
• Must have a wealth of previous administration or secretary experience
• Ideally from a construction, property or engineering background
• Good attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be a team player
• Must be IT literate
• Reliable and punctual
