This client school is looking for the additional support and guidance that they have found in high calibre psychology graduates in the past.
This learning support assistant position is to support a Year 4 girl with a statement of ASD who has entered the school a little later than expected. This pupil was entered in to the school at the beginning of the week and the school have now cleared the funding to add a learning support assistant to the roster for the remainder of the school year.
You will support this pupil in class and aid in the development of the individual action plan to help improve the learning outcomes for this pupil and others in the class. You will coordinate this provision with the class teacher and the school SENCO and add you own research and suggestions in to the mix.
This pupil’s needs are not acute and early reports have indicated that she has settled in well and made some friends. You will find that he school is a positive place of learning and that the student population are a happy and excited bunch of learners.
