Professional Full-time Receptionist/Administration assistant
We are looking for a professional Receptionist and administration assistant to work Monday to Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm, and Friday 8.30am-3.30pm. This role consists of at times being based front of house and at other times assisting in administration duties for an established and professional firm located in Lichfield.
The Receptionist role will require you to be responsible for the following:
- Greeting visitors and providing front door security
- Answering the telephone, transferring calls and taking / passing on messages
- Keeping the reception area tidy
The Receptionist must have an excellent telephone manner, strong written and verbal communication as well as good organisation skills. The successful candidate will be friendly and approachable whilst always providing a high level of customer service.
The administration role will require you to assist Partners and existing staff in general administration duties.
