Service Costing Clerk
£18,000 - £23,000 Negotiable depending on experience
Our client who is one of the UK's leading commercial vehicle dealership. Due to their continued success Staffbase has been appointed to recruit for the position of Service Costing Clerk Administrator with Kerridge Dealer Management experience to join the busy team in Birmingham.
Reporting to the Service Manager you will be responsible for undertaking the costing and invoicing for work carried out by the service team.
Duties will include but are not limited to the following:-
- Ensure the timely completion of all service invoices are input and raised through Kerridge Dealer management system.
- Read and invoice from service teams job sheets.
- Invoice 70 service hours per day.
You must be a highly organised with a high attention for detail, with strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Good administration experience, demonstrably numerate and literate. You will need to be able to work as part of a team and independently, be able to handle a busy and sometimes pressured environment.
Previous motor trade experience is required for this role, with working knowledge of Kerridge DMS. Ideal automotive background working in a Costing Clerk or Warranty administration position.

08:00 - 18:00 Mon - Fri and every 3rd Saturday morning
