This is a busy and varied role which provides a platform to becoming a recruitment consultant within 3-6 months.
Responsibilities of the role include:
Answering and transferring calls
Greeting all visitors and processing candidate paperwork
General office administration, including maintaining databases and processing stock orders
Reviewing, amending and creating new business procedures
Event planning and coordination
Preparing and presenting a monthly report to the CEO
Leading your own independent projects
Once you are proficient within this role, you will bid to join a team of consultants by writing a business plan which you will present to leaders within the company and the CEO. Following this, you will begin training to become a recruitment consultant within a fast-growing international business with fantastic career progression opportunities.
We’re looking for a bright, enthusiastic graduate with drive and a real desire to succeed. You must be personable and able to take initiative, with a 2:1 or higher at degree level, and proven involvement in extra-curricular activities or voluntary work.
