This is a busy and varied role which provides a platform to becoming a recruitment consultant within 3-6 months.

Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Answering and transferring calls

  • Greeting all visitors and processing candidate paperwork

  • General office administration, including maintaining databases and processing stock orders

  • Reviewing, amending and creating new business procedures

  • Event planning and coordination

  • Preparing and presenting a monthly report to the CEO

  • Leading your own independent projects

Once you are proficient within this role, you will bid to join a team of consultants by writing a business plan which you will present to leaders within the company and the CEO. Following this, you will begin training to become a recruitment consultant within a fast-growing international business with fantastic career progression opportunities.

We’re looking for a bright, enthusiastic graduate with drive and a real desire to succeed. You must be personable and able to take initiative, with a 2:1 or higher at degree level, and proven involvement in extra-curricular activities or voluntary work.
