Accounts Assistant required for an immediate start for a long term temporary assignment working for a rapidly growing company based in Stafford. You will be working in a small yet busy team environment to cover sickness absence. Your duties will include processing up to 500 purchase invoices per month predominantly, other duties may include processing employee expense claims, receipts, sales invoices and payments, maintaining financial records which accurately record the business' incoming and outgoing finances, bank, ledger and statement reconciliation, chasing overdue debt, setting up new credit accounts, raising purchase orders, petty cash, and any other general office duties as required including filing and reception duties.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background within accounts and enjoy working in a varied role. Strong experience with Sage 50 is a must. You will display a positive proactive attitude, be resilient and have the ability to work with minimal supervision. Excellent professional communication skills are required.
