I am currently recruiting for an experienced Telesales/Customer Service advisor, with customer service experience to join my client's busy Customer Services team based at their office in the Tile Hill area of Coventry.

Main Responsibilities:
* Dealing with all inbound calls, including customer enquiries and complaints
* Outbound cold calling, sales and promotional calls (commission earned on new business)
* Handling of enquiries via email and responding in a positive and professional manner
* Complaint ownership/handling to resolution
* Maintaining customer accounts(full training will be given)
* Reviewing and implementing changes to our online parent ordering system
* Creation of flyers and promotional materials (Microsoft Office experience essential)
* Maximising sales opportunities through telesales
* Referring leads to sales team

What we are looking for:
* A confident experienced Customer Service/Telesales person to work as part of a team in what can be an extremely busy office
* Excellent spoken and written communication skills
* Attention to detail and good time management
* Sensitive handling of complaints and problem solving
* Confident and persuasive manner
* Ability to effectively multi-task and handle multiple enquiries efficiently
* Outgoing and trustworthy manner
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
