Calling all Payrollers!
I am currently recruiting for an Electronics Manufacturer, based just outside of Birmingham, who are looking to hire an experienced Payroller to solely process their part-managed Payroll department.
The successful candidate will be required to do all Payroll processing for 400+ employees, Monthly submissions to HMRC, System process evaluation and improvement, Expat payroll and tax analysis for 4 employees, Pension administration, including auto-enrolment, life assurance etc and Year-end submission including P60's and P11Ds
In order to be considered candidates most have a thorough understanding of statutory payments, Maternity, Paternity, Parental, sick pay etc. Previous experience using ADP Freedom or IHCM would beneficial, but not essential.
This role will provide candidates with a comprehensive monthly Payroll position, and the opportunity to get involved in additional Finance / HR tasks when required. If you would be interested in joining this exciting organisation, then please get in touch today.
