My client, who has 17 successful years and employs 140 people at their brand new premises in Cannock have 4 progressive and diverse Customer Service Advisor due to expansion.

• Responsible for Incoming customer enquiries via both telephone and emails
• Manage and process customer orders and enquiries
• Recognize potential Sales leads and liaise with Sales
• Contact manufacturers to check part number stock availability & prices
• Liaise with customers of order progress
• Identify part numbers from exploded views and Liaise with Technical for advice

Must be experienced within a similar industry.
Experience within Customer Service is preferable however not essential.
An understanding of product knowledge
Open to providing technical support
Quick thinking and fast paced
Genuinely care about your customers experience
In return you will receive exceptional training both on the phone and regarding the products, with 1-2-1's with your manager to assist with personal development
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm or 9am to 5:30pm
