Your new company
A specialist non profit organisation, dedicated to the care for vulnerable women and children, are recruiting a Facilities Officer to support the delivery of hard/soft services and health and safety.
Your new role
You will support the organisations delivery of both reactive and PPM, liaising with the outsourced hard service contractor. You will also work closely with an external Health and Safety consultant to assess the H&S across the portfolio. You will be able to help drive a H&S culture throughout the organisation. The post is 30 hours a week over 4 or 5 days.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have come from a Facilities background and have experience as a Facilities Officer/Assistant or working within an engineering helpdesk environment.
What you'll get in return
£22,000 per annum (£18,000 pro rata), 30 hours a week, 39 days holiday (including bank holidays), an excellent pension contribution 2% employee contribution : 6% employer match + additional benefits
