Project Manager We are looking to recruit a Project Manager to join our Aeroderivative Gas Turbine business based in Warwick. You will work as part of a PM tea with the responsibility to manage the delivery of the LTSA contracts and to act as the client's primary point of contact for the LTSA. You wll also be tasked withproviding eadership and direction to the LTSA project and team members. What are my responsibilites - Liaison point between customer and Technical Support & Engineering functions - Direct and prioritise Project Co-ordinator and Maintenance Planner activities. - Identify primary deliverables and ensure Project Team share understanding and criticality. - Identify third party service providers. Where appropriate, confirm integrity of proposed providers (Trace process), manage scope and performance of third party service providers. - Manage impact of changes to maintenance activities due to operational factors - contract variances, etc. - Research into need for permanent establishments and/or avoidance of unwitting creation of same in certain territories. - Agree/negotiate performance metrics with customer and ensure delivery to plan. - Manage Warranty claim process - Co-ordinate all site activities and ensure customer personnel activities are integrated and customer is aware of all developments. - Assist Maintenance Planner with development of critical spares for projects. - Interrogate handover data and validate Project Budget for BB Creation. - Validate BEF costings and ensure financial provision creation is realistic. - Manage production and delivery of formal Project Review packs in collaboration with Project Co-ordinator. - Provide support to new unit sales function - prospective customer visits, support negotiations during renewal phase, etc. - Suggest product improvements through PCB and provide prioritization influence to Engineering community. - Ensure compliance with document management systems. What do I need to qualify? - A qualification in Project Management, APM/Prince2 practitioneror the ability to demonstrate equivalent experience; - Be able to demonstrate a track record in managing thebalance of quality, time and cost challenges of complex technologyprojects and the administration of NEC, JCT or equivalent forms of contract within the building industry; - A proven track record of project delivery & management in construction engineering; - Knowledge of PM@Siemens tools and processes or similar project management tools; - Knowledge of LoA (Limit of Authority) procedures; - Ecellent contract management; - Excellent organisation and leadership skills; - Strong communicator a with the ability to demonstrate good stakeholder management skills; - Experience of commercial and B2B contractual agreements; *LI-MS
