We are currently recruiting for a number of Customer Service Advisors within a new lending department for an award winning client based in Coventry.

Working in a fast paced "business to business" contact centre environment supporting mortgage growth through intermediary distribution by providing a professional and expert telephone support.

Job Responsibilities,

Supporting the Society acquisition strategy of growth through intermediary partners.
Becoming an expert in underwriting and departmental procedures.
Ensuring good customer outcomes in all calls and developing long term relationships with key business partners.
Resolving broker dissatisfaction, recognising when to escalate cases to the appropriate level.
Identifying the indicators of potential mortgage fraud and respond proactively by escalating through the manager to financial crime.

Skills and Experience required,
Ideally experience of working within a financial services organisation and understanding of mortgages would be beneficial but not essential.
A strong background with customer services.
Used to working to tight deadlines and working under pressure.
Someone self-confident, hardworking and a team player.
Good IT skills and experience.

These positions can be immediate starts for the right candidates however the company will wait for candidates on a 4 weeks notice.
