* Wide Understanding of a complex logistical operation to include knowledge of business processes
* Knowledge of Key business processes such as lean manufacturing processes, ISO90002, ISO1400
* Objective setting
* Project implementation and management (Supporting tools/techniques)
* Presentation Skills - Presenting / Effective Communication
* People Management - Team building, employee engagement, Managing Performance, Training/succession planning/ development/ Appraisals/feedback.
* Problem Solving Skills - Process Improvement techniques, Problem Analysis and resolution
* Decision Making Skills
