Customer Service Coordinator
The Office Support Division of SF Group are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator for their client based in Burton on Trent. Due to the location of the business the successful applicant must have access to a vehicle.
The Customer Service Coordinator will support the day to day communication with the customers ensuring that standards are kept high at all times.
The key responsibilities of the role are:
- Monitor and oversee the day to day running of the customer accounts
- Answering queries from the customers and reporting on these for the KPI's
- The Customer Service Coordinator will communicate effectively with both written and verbal
- Monitoring the administration work and ensure that all processes are being followed effectively
- Follow daily schedules and procedures
- Work effectively as part of a team
The successful Customer Service Coordinator must be:
- Well organised
- Have strong IT skills and be comfortable dealing with spreadsheets
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to deal with customers at all levels and liaise effectively with 3rd parties
- Ability to prioritise workload
