The Office Support Division of SF Group are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator for their client based in Burton on Trent. Due to the location of the business the successful applicant must have access to a vehicle.

The Customer Service Coordinator will support the day to day communication with the customers ensuring that standards are kept high at all times.

The key responsibilities of the role are:

  • Monitor and oversee the day to day running of the customer accounts
  • Answering queries from the customers and reporting on these for the KPI's
  • The Customer Service Coordinator will communicate effectively with both written and verbal
  • Monitoring the administration work and ensure that all processes are being followed effectively
  • Follow daily schedules and procedures
  • Work effectively as part of a team

The successful Customer Service Coordinator must be:

  • Well organised
  • Have strong IT skills and be comfortable dealing with spreadsheets
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to deal with customers at all levels and liaise effectively with 3rd parties
  • Ability to prioritise workload
