Hollyfield Personnel are working on behalf of a rapidly expanding company based on the outskirts of Walsall who are currently looking for a full time sales administrator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.

Duties to include:

  • Dealing with customers both face to face and over the telephone
  • Ensuring repeat business through excellent customer service
  • Handling customer queries and complaints where necessary
  • Organising transport and costing of deliveries
  • Managing the online sales and advertising pages
  • Picking and packing for online orders
  • Using Sage for invoices
  • Handling cash and card payments
  • Uploading items onto the online websites
  • Showing customers around the warehouse and providing item descriptions
  • Liaising closely with other colleagues

Essential Skills and experience:

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages and Outlook
  • Previous retail or sales experience is essential
  • Some administration experience is desired but is not essential
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Friendly and professional telephone manner
  • Good time management skills

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm


GBP7.50 per hour whilst on a probationary period
