Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) are a nationally recognised mortgage broker and network, winners of over 70 awards in the past 5 years and continually growing.
Due to phenomenal, continued growth, one of our top producing AR business partners now require a Business Development Manager (BDM) who will be field based, ideally living in the East Midlands area to cover the local area and in time the whole of the UK.
The successful candidate will cover the Midlands area in the first instance and the role will specifically be sourcing and recruiting suitable estate agency introducers to increase and develop new lead generation for their team of Mortgage & Protection advisers.
We are looking for a candidate with experience in Financial Services, with a Mortgage Advising background and ideally in Estate Agency too, however, as this is a recruitment & business to business role a background in recruitment would also be an advantage although not essential. A realistic OTE GBP40-60K is achievable with a competitive basic salary.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate presentation and business development skills and must be confident in outbound telephone sales to generate new business relationships. You must be a strong communicator and comfortable at developing relationships over the phone and canvassing areas face to face, not afraid to knock on doors!
Overall you must be target driven and capable of achieving improving financial performance with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
