Our prestigious client is the UK's leading property developer looking for ambitious Sales Advisors to join their busy, expanding team covering the Worcestershire area.

Based on local development sites, you will assist with the sale of new homes at or above target prices and within the forecast timescales, acting at all times in the best interest of the company and in line with any rules and regulations to ensure our commitment to an exceptional service to our customers. You will establish and develop excellent relationships with potential buyers, visitors, customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain an up to date knowledge of the product and its construction, relevant local information, competitors, unique selling points and the Property Misdescriptions Act and use such knowledge in a professional and structured manner.

Ensure the Health & Safety Policy and Personal Safety Policy is adhered to and all visitors are made aware of the requirements to wear PPE when entering the construction areas of the development.

Initiate approaches to prospects, record and follow up all visitors, regularly update and progress all prospects via Weekly Visitors Analysis forms and Contact Builder.

Attend to the needs of the visitors, customers and potential purchasers in an efficient, courteous manner such as to ultimately effect a sale.

Take reservations and initiate all paperwork with speed and accuracy to support such sales, ensuring all purchasers understand the sales process, including financial and legal aspects.
Ensure all timescales are adhered to by pro-active contract and completion progressing to meet or exceed set targets.

Build up good working relationships and have a continuous liaison with solicitors, estate agents, banks and building society managers and valuers.

Regular contact with the recommended Financial Advisor to ensure knowledge of the mortgage market and available products is up to date.

Manage part-exchange properties effectively by facilitating a speedy resale, ensuring correct marketing and pricing, regularly checking the condition of unsold part-exchanges and maintaining contact with the estate agents.

Transferable skills from other industries are desired however experience is not essential, we are looking for outstanding individuals with the right attitude, personality and attributes and work ethic, excellent training and support will be offered throughout your first 6 months in post.

Starting Salary is GBP15k-GBP25k to start, plus car allowance. After your first 6 months, you can earn 50% of the total possible commission. After 12 months you become fully qualified and can earn up to 100% of the commission, OTE can be up to GBP60k. This really is a fantastic opportunity not to be missed!

Working hours are 9.45 - 5.15 on a rota basis over 7 days a week, with 2 days off in the week, you will be required to work weekends.

Excellent training and mentoring is provided within the first 6 months to support your development and progression within the company.

You must be also be flexible as you will be expected to cover your colleagues as and when required within your geographical location;. Adaptability is also key as working patterns and places of work may change.
