Our client is a leading IT Managed Service Provider so this will attract those who are looking to learn very quickly. Due to growth they have an immediate vacancy for an experienced 2nd or 3rd line IT Support Engineer with working knowledge of server, Office 365 and Cisco technologies.
Supporting both local and major global brands in the region, you will be a competent IT individual looking to join a close-knit team that has a 'can do' ethos and team spirit about it. With energy and drive to succeed, you will be used to handling multiple and varied support issues and varying levels, including Cloud technologies, 365, Google, SharePoint, Active Directory, Windows/MAC administration, vendor hardware (Netgear, Cisco) and ideally also have experience in dealing with backup solutions and data migrations.
Ultimately it will be your ability complete set tasks with minimal supervision and handle multiple support queries at one time that will win you through. Tactful and diplomatic when in pressured, will have a natural friendly manner and be highly organised with strong communication skills.
