REQUIREMENTS

In order to be considered for the Digital Marketing Executive role, you must have:

  • Relevant academic or professional qualification within Digital or Marketing
  • Excellent project and time management skills
  • Proactive and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written and demonstrable copywriting skills
  • Sound understanding of marketing and digital techniques with experience of CMS, CRM and email systems
  • Proficient use of social media monitoring tools
  • Track record of working on content managed websites, SEO and managing social media
  • Experience in eCRM from design and content through to distribution
  • Experience in HTML


DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement brand strategy within the business.
  • Develop the marketing strategy for new and existing products
  • Exploring ways of improving existing products and services and increasing profitability.
  • Overseeing implementation of the marketing strategy – including campaigns, events, digital marketing and PR
  • Managing the design and production of promotional material and internal fixtures.
  • Work closely with the company sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations.
  • Alongside Ecommerce Manager implementing and developing the strategy for the development and management of the online business both brand and ecommerce.
  • Provide additional cover the IT Development Manager and Ecommerce Manager
  • Understand and follow strict data protection rules.
  • Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media, reputation and recognition.
  • Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies for the business.
  • Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends. Presenting findings and suggestions to company Directors or other senior managers.
  • Analyse, plan and execute strategies for SEO development in coordination with business goals. Optimizing existing content and uncovering new opportunities.
  • Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments.
  • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, Google adwords campaigns, reports and keyword reporting tools, identifying key areas of importance in accordance with business goals.
