Your new role
You will be responsible for delivering HR strategy working with key stakeholders across the business to ensure people reach their full potential, delivering and developing key initiatives and projects. You will be work in partnership with the business to identify where HR can add value, and develop people solutions to support business objectives, to drive performance and maximise employee engagement. You will also provide people support to commercial bids, business restructuring and TUPE programmes.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a true HR Business Partner who has worked in conjunction with senior leaders within the business. You will be able to demonstrate expertise in developing & implementing HR strategy and leading complex change programmes. You will be highly commercial, pragmatic, resilient and tenacious.
