SF Group are currently recruiting for a Information Analyst for our North Birmingham based client on a permanent basis. This role requires an advanced Excel who has good experience in problem solving and manipulating large amount of data and producing the same to report to senior stakeholders. You will develop a number of data management processes to improve functionality across IT, Finance and the wider teams. You will possess excellent analytical and statistical skills and be familiar and experienced in financial modelling relating to a number of policies and processes.
You will have excellent experience in providing brilliant support for project and be able to ensure that all is done to ensure that this project is completed within the agreed timescales. You will collate, develop and research data reports via business intelligence and ensure that all information is concise and accurate on all systems. You will be leading this project where you will look at trend analysis and you will be accomplished using VBA, SQL, and be able to analyse raw data and have the confidence to present the same to challenging stakeholders. You will be investigative by nature and already be in a similar role looking for the next position where you will be given autonomy and the reign to stamp your mark on a forward thinking organisation.
Ideally you can demonstrate excellent business acumen and you will be proactive by nature and be able to build relationships with a range of stakeholders so excellent communication skills is a must. As our client is undertaking operational change your output will receive attention up to CEO level so you must possess a keen eye for detail and be confident with your approach. You will be extracting data from a range of system's and relay the same to various departments in the business.
Also, you will have familiarity regarding a number of software systems such as MS Office Suite and be able to analyse information and make conclusive recommendations. You will conduct qualitative and quantitative research and be able to come on board and it the ground running.
