We have an outstanding opportunity for a Learning and Development Manager to work for an extremely successful financial services organisation based in the Staffordshire area.
We’re looking for an individual who possesses ingenuity and exemplar communication and leadership skills. You will have experience in designing and implementing robust and efficient training. You will be responsible for the service delivery of a new training initiative, supporting your team to maximise performance and meet commercial objectives and client demands. This is a great role for a passionate and driven individual to work for a fantastic growing business.
As the Learned and Development Manager, your job will be to:·Design and implement induction training, delivering enticing learning solutions focussed on increasing performance improvement·Create and execute ongoing and refresher training across departments, in addition to new training products·Oversee design and delivery plans to ensure completion and quality results ·Manage large scale projects such as new business implementation·Review existing training requirements and new conditions such as compliance with regulatory or statutory requirements·Communicate with stakeholders internally to ensure training needs are accomplished
You will ideally have/be:·Experienced in design and delivery of training projects in the service sector·Excellent business acumen ·Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels·Professional, presentable and highly motivated ·A strategic thinker and communicator ·Resourceful in identifying process improvements·Must be happy to create but also deliver training ·A learning industry qualification (e.g. CIPD, TAP) is desirable
