  The Pioneer Group is community organisation based at Castle Vale. We are seeking a Part-time HR Advisor to join our small HR function. You would report to the Learning & Development and HR Manager and oversee the transactional and operational duties providing HR expertise across all generalist areas to approx. 130 employees. Being a small function the breadth of the role is wide and a flexible can do attitude is crucial. So if you can provide grassroots HR, where no job is too small but also have the capability to present management reports at Board this role is for you. Pioneer offer an informal but professional working environment and thrive on helping others.  The role is a job share up to 21 hours per week, ideally worked during a Monday plus three afternoons or Monday plus two days however negotiation with the current post holder may be considered. The successful Part-time HR Advisor will have   Experience of working in a HR Team, Public Sector or Third Sector organisations would be desirable Experience of HR systems, Cascade would be an advantage Ability to produce routine correspondence and management reports Ability to undertake research and review policies and procedures Knowledge of HR processes including resourcing, on-boarding, absence monitoring, health and well-being, employee relations, performance management and payroll preparation. Up to date knowledge of employment legislation Excellent organisation and planning skills to manage own time and meet deadlines Ability to maintain positive working relationships with staff and managers at all levels Ability to influence Level 5 CIPD accreditation or equivalent, Level 3 may be considered Informal discussions with Hayley Rolls, HR Advisor are encouraged to find out more about this role and discuss working patterns Interviews will be held on Tuesday 31st October
