We are looking for Human Resources Graduates to join our 2018 E.ON Graduate Scheme. E.ON Graduate Scheme 2018 - Human Resources Location: UK-wide opportunities with an international placement (usually Germany)

What you’ll do
You’ll complete five placements, including one international, and work with our business areas to meet their people-needs. This includes:
•Assisting in managing people in Employee Relations, Reward, Talent and Learning & Development
•Gaining exposure to an evolving business and understanding the principles of managing change within a corporate environment
•Spending time in an area outside HR to gain a broader view
•Taking high levels of responsibility and developing your leadership skills.
This way, you’ll gain a breadth of experience to quickly become an accomplished HR generalist.
What we’re looking for
You’ll have a passion for helping others learn, develop and grow. Integrate swiftly into teams and be happy to take responsibility. With natural enthusiasm, drive and a flair for leadership.
•You’ll be on track to receive a 2.1 or higher degree in Human Resources, Business Management or Psychology
•Flexible about working abroad and in various UK locations.
•To avoid disappointment, we strongly advise you to apply well in advance. Our schemes attract great interest and we begin assessing candidates in our assessment centres in December. This means we may have to close a scheme early if all the places are filled.
