Accounts Payable Team Leader
Your new company
You will be joining a well established international company that specialises in IT Solutions. You will be based in their fantastic head office which is near Birmingham City Centre.
Your new role
As the Accounts Payable Team Leader you will be responsible for the management of accurate processing and entering of invoices. You will ensure that suppliers are pain in accordance to agreed terms. You will constantly be managing the AP team to make timely payments to all suppliers. Any issues of outstanding invoices will need you will need to liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve them. You will need to ensure you keep receipts accruals to a minimum throughout the month. You will keep on top of any changes in payment terms and provide monthly balance sheets detailing any variances and outstanding balances.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a proven track record of delivering work on time within a purchase ledger environment, knowing and having a solid grasp of all techniques. You will have AAT qualification or equivalent with at least 3 years accounts experience. You will be IT literate with strong knowledge of Excel. Most of all you need to have experience managing an accounts team as this is imperative to this role.
What you'll get in return
You will be paid a generous salary between £24,000-£28,000 depending on experience on top of a fantastic benefits package.
