Your new role
The opportunity involves working within a supportive and friendly team. This role involves reporting to a office manager. In your new role you will be responsible for completing tasks such as liaising with customers and suppliers, ensuring accurate placement of orders, manage entire ordering process, update and maintain accurate forecasts and communication on CRM system, assist in posting invoices to Sage 200, liaise with credit control for new accounts and queries, in addition to this you will be required to complete additional tasks when allocated to you by your line manager.
What you'll need to succeed
In order for you to be successful in this role you will need to be a highly motivated, team player, whilst being flexible to the needs of your employer. You will need excellent communication skills, strong work ethic and critical attention to detail. You will need experience using CRM systems and Sage. You will also show evidence of strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
