Job Title: Architectural Specification Manager - Curtain Walling / Facades

Area to be covered: London & South East

Remuneration: £60,000 - £70,000 (Negotiable Dep. On experience) + Annual Company Bonus

Benefits: Company Car / Car Allowance and exceptional benefits package

ROLE:

*Selling bespoke manufactured curtain walling systems for small to major UK projects selling exterior glazing systems alongside some interior glazing projects
*Also working alongside architectural aluminium manufacturers to offer a full system package to clients
*Dealing with wide ranging residential and commercial projects such as: airports, museum's, football stadia, office buildings, high rise property and hotels
*Generating specifications from architects and façade consultants
*Also seeing projects through to completion via curtain walling contractors, specialist sub contractors and glass processors
*Dealing with projects ranging from 500 sq m2 to 40,000 sq m2 for major projects
*Taking over the large existing pipeline of projects
*50:50 split of time spent managing existing relationships vs. generating new business
*Marketing the company brand and products consistently to generate brand recognition in the UK

EXPERIENCE:

*Demonstrable track record in sales of exterior building envelope systems such as: architectural aluminium, exterior glass, cladding, Rainscreen cladding, exterior glazing, curtain walling, facades or translucent exterior panels
*Exceptional specification orientated sales experience with architects or consultants
*Technical / consultative based sales approach
*Experience of managing projects from cradle to grave
*Heavily customer service orientated with genuine focus on value adding for clients
*Team player, self-motivated, energetic and results orientated
*Literate, genuine integrity, gravitas and honest personality
