An opportunity has arisen for a Level 3 Repair Technician to join us. You will be responsible for the testing, diagnosis and repair of electronic devices including but not limited to, mobile phones, tablets and PC’s.

To succeed in an environment as fast paced as ours, enthusiasm and energy are a must. There will be challenging targets to meet and plenty of responsibility to keep you busy.


·Repairs to include major soldering work for the replacement and rework of electronic components;

·Diagnosis of faults to component level;

·Passing on knowledge to the Level 2 technicians and supporting them with technical advice / guidance.

·Must be able to hit strict KPI’s and TAT’s while maintaining a high quality standard;

·Accurately record all work completed within the internal stock system;

·Be responsible and take ownership for all devices allocated to you;

·Contribute to a safe working environment and raise health and safety concerns in a timely manner;

·Consistently demonstrate the company values;

·Feedback to you Team Leader / Manager any issues or delays with repairs that have been allocated to you in order for the business to be able to resolve these issues and set customer expectations;

·Manual handling of stock, following best practices at all times and maintaining stock integrity;

·General housekeeping in Workshop to ensure high standards are consistently maintained

·Must be flexible with overtime when required;

·Work in other departments as and when required in line with customer and business needs.

·An excellent understanding of electronics and experience in fault finding to component level;

·Excellent soldering skills;

·Interest in technology;

·Attention to detail;

.Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with colleagues and customers;

·Enjoys working in a fast paced, target driven environment;

·Basic Microsoft Office Skills.
