- Material handling experience, ensuring that areas are continually replenished with parts

The following attributes are key for any candidates interested in applying:

- Understanding of manufacturing values, such as minimising wastage and thorough quality inspection
- Familiar within a busy toolroom environment as a Machine Operator
- Good sense of humour
- Flexibility with working hours (rare that this will be required, however occasionally you may be needed for an extra hour beyond your set finish time)
- Willingness to commit to a long-term position (those after a stop-gap need not apply!)
- Understanding of finishing processes, using grinders, polishers, deburring and linishing equipment

Once you have been taken perm, there is an attractive pension scheme with a matched 3% contribution. They also offer 25 days holiday, on top of your statutory 8 bank holiday days.

It is essential that all candidate have some experience Operating Machines, and are able to adapt to a range of different equipment. Although not essential, any knowledge of tube bending would be highly advantageous.
