Contracts Manager - Interior Fit out & Refurbishment
Your new company
My client are a rapidly expanding and successful contractor, who act across various sectors, specialising in Fit-out and refurbishment schemes for hotel & leisure facilities as well as offices, residential and education premises.
Your new role
As well as being responsible for the overall operational performance across your allocated sites, the contracts manager will be involved in tendering for projects and jobs and working closely with the commercial team.
What you'll need to succeed
The candidate will have extensive knowledge of the fit-out & refurbishment process and will have experience managing sites (single and multiple) valued between £100k - £1m.
The successful candidate will also have a degree or high level qualification within Construction Management, SMSTS & first aid qualifications and proven success within a similar role.
