I am actively recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor - Arabic Speaking for a financial services business based in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established business with opportunities for progression.

Client Details

My client is a financial services business based in Birmingham


Your role as a Customer Service Advisor will involve:

  • Processing transactions
  • Processing payments
  • Liaising with internal departments/teams
  • Generating business from external countries
  • Logging all calls on internal systems used
  • Dealing with enquiries/complaints from both in and outbound calls
  • Maintain and develop key customer relationships
  • Raising POs, processing invoices, carrying out other administrative duties including photocopying, scanning, filing


The ideal candidate will:

  • Have come from a financial services background
  • Have previous exposure to a customer service role
  • Possess strong communication skills and have the ability to problem solve quick and effectively
  • Possess a knowledge of the financial services industry
  • Be flexible to work Saturdays when necessary
  • Have a clear and endearing telephone manner
  • Be able to commit to a long term future with the business
  • Be hardworking and able to prioritise workload effectively
  • Be fluent in Arabic
