1st Line Support Engineer, Hereford - £20,000 - £25,000 + Benefits

An opportunity has come up to work for a well established business for an ambitious 1st Line Support engineer to join a growing and dedicated team.
We are looking for someone who wants to progress in a role and to develop themselves within the business.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Resolve problems and requests related to Information Technology in an effective, timely and cost efficient manner via telephone, remote support
  • Maintaining all officeIT equipment, rotating equipment, and keeping an up to date log of: computers, monitors, keyboards, printers
  • Proving day to day support to the company’s users offering a flexible and efficient service.
Key Skills:
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Office applications
  • Excellent planning skills and the ability to respond to time frames and deadlines
  • Be highly organised in managing own workload
  • SQL (beneficial but not essential)
