We are currently looking to recruit a Hospitality Manager to join a leading venue in the picturesque town of Ledbury.

We are looking for an individual who will deliver heartfelt hospitality and someone who wants to make a difference by delivering excellent services to exceed customer expectations.

You must be a strong communicator to your team, be a good organiser with meticulous planning - ATTENTION TO DETAIL! You will also be involved in recruitment and inducting new members of the hospitality team.

If you are working with hospitality and catering and want to provide the best hospitality that will be world known then this could be the role for you.

You will be responsible for all food led offerings on site, corporate hospitality and colleague events. This role encompasses team leadership, budgetary control, colleague training, food preparation, service, and compliance to health and hygiene standards.

*To ensure that all recreational visitors to the site have an enjoyable experience in either food outlet.
*To ensure that both food outlets run smoothly and achieve the required sales performance as agreed, on an annual basis; reviewing sales figures, pricings and costs on a weekly basis and adjusted where necessary.
*In conjunction with colleagues in the shop, develop a calendar of food led promotions for a full year.
*Work cross functionally with colleagues in the Marketing Team on initiatives to drive sales.
*Manage the food led bookings which are received by email, letter and 'phone- working closely with colleagues in the shop.
*Develop and implement work instructions - 'ways of working' for the day to day running of the operation. These would encompass standards of service, uniform standards, menus, hygiene and handling cash.
*To recruit and induct all new colleagues.
*To ensure that all team members are kept up to date with new brands and delisted brands. All team members to be trained in the unique aspects to each product / brand.
*To develop and refresh menus on a regular basis and update the specials board on a daily basis, completing costings for all dishes.
*To deputise for the Chef - to cover for their days off, holiday and sickness as required.
*To manage the colleague rota ensuring that both food outlets are sufficiently staffed over seven days.
