We are now seeking for our Levy client provision an experienced and passionate Learning/ Mentor who can deliver Customer Service, Business Admin and Leadership & Management at Level 3.

You will mentor and assess a caseload of young adults in the classroom and workplace, working towards achieving their qualification.


Daily duties will include, not limited to:

    Managing apprentice learning and completion in line with the targets and objectives agreed in their Individual Learning Plan.Retain learners and ensure each student achieves their assigned projects and qualificationEnsure processes and procedures are maintained and in line with company and government standards.Identify units which incorporate their daily work place duties, putting together an action plan for employer and tutor feedback.Carrying out 1-2-1 reviews to provide continuing support to the learners on programme.

Person Specification

    TAQA Qualified up to level D32 & D33 Experience of delivering and assessing Customer Service, Business Administration and Management Level 3Minimum PTLLS at level 3 – desirable Relevant Management qualification (e.g. Level 3 Certificate/Diploma in Management) or relevant occupational competence

All applicants require a full clean driving license and have their own transport.

There is a requirement to pass an Enhanced DBS check. This will be paid for by 3aaa.
