Recruitment Consultant

Jobsworth require a Recruitment Consultant to join a developing plan in the logistics sector.

Established for more than 15 years, the company is a specialist in the driving and logistics field,

supplying Warehouse operatives, LGV Drivers and Senior appointments to a diverse portfolio of companies in the Midlands and surrounding areas.

The role we are recruiting for requires specific sourcing of candidates in the Kidderminster, Droitwich, Worcester and Redditch areas. Working with a Senior Consultant, and an experienced Logistics Administrator, you will be tasked with filling bookings, some short term last minute, some ongoing or permanent. A positive attitude, the ability to think on your feet, a good telephone and interview manner, and IT skills are essential. Competition in this sector is fierce therefore someone with tenacity would be ideal.

Placing advertisements, monitoring advert reponse, conducting telephone screening, booking office appointments for interviews, holding interviews, manging social media, organising profile raising events and open days, informing clients of new candidates, and placement of candidates will be big part of the working day.

Identification of agency using companies will be another one of the ongoing tasks, as will be the account management of existing clients and candidates, staying on top of compliance and making sure all parties are happy. Cold Calling and high volume sales will not be necessary.

There is an oncall rota in place for emergency calls out of working hours.

A company bonus is paid yearly, and a salary review is made after three months probation and then annually.
