My client, a well known commercial property consultancy that prides itself on reputation ad first class service, has a rare and exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join a busy team located in Droitwich.

The Admin Assistant will be an integral part of the Agency Team and will be responsible for supporting three other members of the team.

Ideal candidates will have exceptional administrative organisational and typing skills, including audio typing. Due to the nature of the company this is ideal for anyone with previous Legal knowledge within residential or property, although this is not essential.

General duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Answering the telephone and dealing calls with as required.
  • Diary management for all members of the Agency Team.
  • Typing of emails, marketing brochures, email correspondence and other documentation.
  • Ensuring Anti Money Laundering documentation is in place for clients, tenants and purchasers,
  • Utilising our in house property database system.
  • General administrative duties to assist with the smooth running of the business.

You will be offered a very competitive salary depending on experience working Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm. This is a full time permanent role and you will be welcomed into a warm, friendly and supportive team environment.
