Training Administrator required who has experience of working for a training provider.

Our client is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Administrator who would like to join their thriving centre in Redditch.

The purpose of the role:

To adhere to the administration systems and processes within the confines of internal and external requirements.

Key responsibilities:

Ensure the accuracy of data submitted to funding and awarding bodiesImplement and adhere to quality orientated administrative processesTo compile and submit the funding claim on an accurate and timely basisTo process and reconcile awarding body transactionsTo maintain excellent customer service skillsTo maintain accurate and timely manual and electronic client recordsTo support line managers in performance management of assessors/tutorsTo produce monthly and quarterly reports for monitoring purposesMaintain and develop internal and external communicationsProduce statistical and management information for review by line managerMeet audit expectations of the funding bodyTo comply with all company processes and proceduresAssist departments in compiling and distributing external communicationsDemonstrate a good understanding of all contracts held within the officeEnsuring that all paperwork accepted into the department is of a high quality and is submitted within set timescalesEnsure all administrative functions are completed on a timely basisParticipate in annual self-assessment processAdhere to and support company equality and diversity proceduresAdhere to company health and safety proceduresCarry out any additional duties as reasonably requested by line managementTo ensure the quality of health and safety vetting and monitoring formsTo act as fire wardens in the event of an emergencyTake full responsibility for Print, Post and Stationary budgetUndertake revenue reconciliation prior to revenue deadline each monthRequirements:

IT literacy including knowledge of the Maytas systemExperience/knowledge Office based/administration experienceBusiness Administration level 2 qualificationBenefits:
