Lettings Administrator (Maternity Cover)
Based in the Shrewsbury Office the successful candidate is expected to be enthusiastic, organised and friendly. You will have excellent telephone and IT skills and possess a polite and efficient manner when dealing with clients.The main responsibilities will involve but are not limited to:·Registering potential vendors·Letting Administration, inventories and viewings·Maximising opportunities and gaining new business·Diary management·Providing administrative support to a busy team and conducting general office dutiesThe successful candidate will have industry knowledge and at least 2 years’ experience within a similar role and it is essential you have your own transport and clean UK driving license.
This is a part time temporary role working full time hours on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday including working one Saturday in three on a Rota basis. One day will be taken off in the week in lieu of this.
