Working for an award winning sales and management training provider you be the main contact and port of call for a number of client projects.

You will be working alongside the operations and Programme Manager in coordinating and assisting our trainers in assisting clients at various stages during their training programme. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, enthusiastic and incredibly organised with a keen eye for attention to detail.

This role is based at our HQ in Binley, Coventry.

Main Duties

·Managing the training logistics from start to finish of in-house training programmes

·Working with our sales team from when a sale has been closed to make sure the programme runs smoothly end to end

·Being the first port of call and building ongoing client relationships

·Sending out invites to delegates

·Providing after support resources

·Creating project plans & scheduling in tasks

·Working closely with our trainers to organising material printing

·Sending out materials using carriers and checking they arrive correctly

·Managing client’s expectations and agreeing dates

·Booking flights and hotels when required

·Setting up logins to several of our internal systems

·Supporting the other divisions of the business when required

Required Skills

·Must have previous experience working in a customer service environment

·Strong communication skills

·Be comfortable working in a busy environment and to achieve all deadlines

·Have the ability to think on your feet & problem solve

·Must be extremely organised

·Must be a quick learner

·Pro-active and detailed approach to their work

·Previous experience organising a project and seeing it from beginning to end – advantageous but not essential

·Must be confident at using all office programmes

·Must have good written skills and confident with talking to clients on the phone and occasionally face to face
