Hamlin Knight are currently recruiting for an Implementation Advisor leading logistics company based in Coventry.
The aim of the position as the Implementation Advisor is to provide the highest standard of service support within implementation, ensuring that new customer implementations , and any changes for existing customers are completed smoothly and to a high quality.
Other duties of the Implementation advisor are:
*Ensure New Business is implemented successfully and to a high quality.
*Process new customers onto the in-house system.
*Ensure starter packs are set up correctly
*Help control lock, key stock and issue on time as required.
*Ensure customer labels are printed including bulk, auto replen and day-to-day cases.
*Provide proactive support to internal and external projects.
*Assist with training of new colleagues / temporary staff.
*Complete all cases and administrative work, which is logged by Customer Support.
*Achieve all Key Performance Indicators as set by the Implementation Manager.
*Follow all health & Safety procedures.
*Support with the roll out and set up of App lockers
*Undertake other tasks as reasonably directed from time to time.
For the role of the Implementation Advisor, the successful candidate will be IT literate, in Word, Excel and Microsoft Office, will have experience of working in a process driven environment and previously an admin role. The successful candidate will also have knowledge of, and the ability to work to Service Level Agreements.
