Internal Sales Executive
Up to £22,000 + bonus
Our client, a leading industrial maintenance and repair company is searching for an Internal Sales executive to join their busy team in Birmingham.
Working within this fast paced and progressive company, you will primarily be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience and ensuring that the managers and branch team are fully supported.
You will be required to demonstrate excellent levels of customer service, specifically over the phone, therefore an excellent telephone manner is key.
•Carry out administrative tasks as requested by the Manager in line with the company business procedures in order to maintain ISO accreditation
•Respond to, prepare and submit quotations in line with customer deadline and ensure effective quotation management using email, telephone or hard copy
•Inbound customer query calls
•Develop & maintain relationships with site contacts and an understanding of their business and challenges
•Proactive management of workload to ensure maximum conversion of quotations
•Support and contribute to branch Key Performance Indicators
•Support face to face customer engagement where necessary
•Enter sales orders onto the company ERP system
•Support company growth and profit targets through supply change management
•Previous Sales Support/Administration experience ideal
•Have proven customer service experience in an office based environment
•Excellent telephone manner
•Good understanding of Information Systems (Microsoft Office-Excel, Outlook and Word)
•Logical thinker and problem solver
•Able to prioritise and ensure deadlines are achieved
This is a full time, permanent opportunity working Monday to Friday plus one in four Saturday mornings, and is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company working at the forefront of their industry.
