You new company is professional services organisation in the heart of Birmingham City Centre looking to bring in a Marketing & Events Assistant to join their Marketing team.
Your new role
Your new role supports the marketing and communications team with a focus on events organisation & administration, social media engagement, web content management, data cleansing of CRM system to target clients for events and use of CMS for email marketing. You will also support the Marketing & Communications Manager to achieve communications plans.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed as a Marketing and Events Assistant you'll need to be an enthusiastic self-starter with a passion for marketing and events. MS office skills are required as is experience using social media at a professional level, and using tools such as Hootsuite will be advantageous. You will also have a go getting attitude with strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience within professional services is desired.
