Driveforce are recruiting for an Industrial Onsite Account Manager based in Rugby. Our customer is a parcel sortation and delivery business, youu will be working at the UK's largest parcel sortation hub. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join our business as we develop our brand across multi sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the agreed business plans and budgets
  • All Operational level client relationships and key account management
  • Ensure all contractual and KPI terms are successfully achieved and renewed
  • Driving the profitability of all key accounts
  • Motivation and retention of direct reportees and key team members
  • Support and encourage the development of employees to ensure each contract has an effective succession plan
  • Assist the corporate sales team in identifying new business opportunities
  • Manage a robust and measurable KPI reporting system
  • Key account review meetings on a Weekly/Monthly basis
  • Recruitment of new team members to align with peak trading

Key Measures:

  • Weekly reviews with Account Consultants and Co-ordinators
  • Weekly reviews with Clients
  • Weekly contract reporting sheets
  • Monthly contract P&L’s
  • Monthly formal reviews with all contracted clients
  • Regular reviews and appraisals with all direct reportees and key team members
  • Quarterly internal quality audits
  • Client retention
  • Fully compliant sites
