Alexander Daniels are working with a financial services business located in Central Birmingham who require additional support in their finance team and are therefore looking for an Accounts Administrator.
The role shall be responsible for;
- Enter all bank and cash entries into the accounting system
- Daily reconciliation of all bank accounts
- Raise monthly reclaimable expense invoices to the relevant funds
- Entering all authorised invoices into the accounting system
- Setting up new account & project codes
- Any adhoc month end and year end administrative/accounting duties
Ideally candidates will have knowledge of bookkeeping, experience of working with SAGE 300 and a proven track record of managing accurate data entry.
You should be self-motivated, determined and confident in your ability. You should have the ability to work accurately under pressure and meet tight deadlines, whilst maintaining commitment to quality. Excellent organisational, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
