Their core product is business finance technology, paired with equipment leasing and combining the two has made them one of the most innovative businesses in their field with a fantastic proposition for our customers.
Telesales experience would be preferred but is not essential. Our client believes sales skills are trainable, but your attitude is not, so the ideal candidate must be hard-working, tenacious, have an entrepreneurial outlook and be the kind of individual who can help to shape their business!

- 18,000 - £20,000 Basic
- £15 per lead + £50 if the lead completes
Responsibilities of the Telesales Role:
- Hitting call stats and lead stats
- Passing leads to our other divisions
- Cleansing the data constantly
- Representing Love Finance in a professional manner and with due regard to the compliance requirements of the organisation.
Skills/Abilities required for the Telesales Role
- Must be able to make 100 - 120 calls per day.
- Must be performance driven
- Must be a team player
- Target driven
- Aiding the regional salesman to hit his KPI's and commission targets.
