Our client, a market leader in their specific industry, are looking for 2 experienced part-time Receptionists to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small company with big aspirations that have exciting developments in the pipeline.
Your new role
You will be responsible for but not limited to; dealing with office phone enquiries, meeting room management including bookings, preparation and cleaning, ordering stationary and refreshments, dealing with incoming and outgoing post, mail mergers, photocopying, filing and laminating when required, record and distribute management movements, basic facilities management for the office and other ad hoc responsibilities as and when required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a confident yet professional and well articulated individual with previous receptionist experience. You'll have high levels of organisation, prioritisation, attention to detail and accuracy and be a proficient user of Microsoft packages.
