About the role
Due to expansion our client is now looking to recruit a CRM Administrator to provide marketing support to their clients, and support a wide variety of customers internally. It’s expected with this role that you will quickly become a “CRM Champion” providing support and advice to internal stakeholders on how best to utilise the system.
Key responsibilities include:
- Day to day administration of the CRM system, adding and amending customer details and marketing preferences
Monitor and identify data quality and put in place processes and system changes to improve accuracy or rectify any known issues
Working with Customer Service Team to develop processes for keeping customer data regularly updated
Responsible for resolving second line support queries for the CRM system - including (but not limited to) user setup, user removal, maintenance of access rights, setup of new reports and views
You will be excited about working with a global consulting business, extremely values oriented and have a keen eye for detail. Key attributes include:

Salary and Benefits
